£35m Chelsea target is in London for his medical, turned down Man United
The French outlet claims (via talksport) that the Monaco star is already in London, having landed yesterday to sustain a medical.
The 22-year-old is tipped to join the Stamford Bridge side for a reported £35 million, allowing Manchester United to potentiall grab Nemanja Matic.
The Serbian midfielder is being linked to a £40m move to Old Trafford.
Bakayoko has also been chased by the Red Devils, having played a starring role this season at the Louis II, helping Monaco win the Ligue 1 title, as well as make it all the way to the Champions League semi-finals.
We recently wrote that the 22-year-old shot down Manchester United, who made a last-gasp offer only to be turned away. He’s played a total of 47 games this season, scoring three times.
Considered to be one of the foremost midfield talents, he recently turned PSG down too, claiming that joining them would be “a step back”. Ouch!
