AC Milan and Inter going head to head for €30m Serie A star

Both AC Milan and Inter are interested in signing Fiorentina star Nikola Kalinic and representatives of both clubs met the player’s agent Fali Ramadani yesterday. Kalinic has a € 50 million release clause included in his contract with Fiorentina but the former Blackburn star is reportedly available for € 30 million.

Ramadani met Inter representatives before those of AC Milan yesterday. The two parties did also talk about the possible move of Perisic to Manchester United given that Ramadani is also the agent of the Croatian star. Inter have not made an opening bid yet but they are on very good terms with Fiorentina as they are close to signing their midfield star Borja Valero.

After his meeting with Inter, Ramadani had dinner in Milan city centre with Fassone and Mirabelli (check out the video below). Both of them failed to release any statement after the meeting with Ramadani but AC Milan are understood to have offered € 22 million plus add-ons. The player has demanded a salary in the region of € 3 million-a-year.
