AC Milan CEO jokingly hints at possible Donnarumma-Cristiano Ronaldo swap deal

AC Milan CEO Marco Fassone has released an interview with Il Corriere dello Sport talking about two of the most discussed players in this moment: Cristiano Ronaldo and Gianluigi Donnarumma. The latter has informed AC Milan that he’s not going to sign a contract extension with AC Milan, whilst Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly unhappy at Real Madrid and has already decided to leave the club, according to reports in Spain.

With Donnarumma who is said to be a top transfer target of Real Madrid, Fassone has jokingly refused to rule out a possible swap deal involving the talented goalkeeper and the next Ballon d’Or winner.

“If Real Madrid want Donnarumma we are ready to talk to Perez [about Ronaldo] but we are not going to bid anywhere close to € 400 million, which is the player’s price-tag according to the Spanish press.”

Fassone has also left the door open for a possible transfer of Donnarumma to Juventus: “Of course Marotta is interested, the opposite would have not been credible. Marotta is really experienced, if he needs a keeper he knows where to find us.”
