AC Milan: duel with Anzhi for Kakà; Robinho to Santos? Inter: sprint for Icardi

The main targets of AC Milan for these last three days of the Winter transfer window seem by now clear: Real Madrid 30 year old attacking midfielder Ricardo Kakà and Manchester City 22 year old forward Mario Balotelli. Regarding the Brazil international, the Spanish club is still waiting for a move from the rossoneri, that could find some new financial meanings by selling 28 year old forward Robinho, tracked again, as reported by Tuttosport, by Santos; moreover, the Lombard club will also have to compete with Russian giants Anzhi Makhachkala, who, according to AS, have sent their Sports Director Roberto Carlos to Madrid to negotiate with the Merengues. Similar situation for Balotelli, with Juventus that are trying to join the hunt for the Italy international, but the former Inter player seems always closer to the rossoneri, with a difference of only two million euros between their offer and the English club’s request. Regarding the possible departures, 31 year old midfielder Antonio Nocerino could join Napoli in the last hours of the transfer market, while, on the contrary, 20 year old striker Stephan El Shaarawy, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, is about to extend his deal with the rossoneri until June 2018.

As anticipated yesterday, it seems always more difficult for Inter Milan to obtain Corinthians 24 year old Paulinho, and to reinforce their midfield the nerazzurri could finally choose a low-cost solution, like Bari 21 year old Nicola Bellomo. But after the departure of Wesley Sneijder and the imminent transfer to Liverpool of 20 year old attacking midfielder Philippe Coutinho, the Lombard club needs to sign in any-case a high-rated player, and the right name could be the one of Sampdoria 19 year old forward Mauro Icardi.
