AC Milan: good-bye Saponara. Inter: waiting for Ince

As reported earlier, Filippo Inzaghi seems henceforth intended to become AC Milan’s new coach; according to Tuttosport, with the arrival of the former Italy international, 29 year old Alessandro Matri (until now on loan at Fiorentina) and 24 year old Alberto Paloschi (actually in co-ownership with Chievo), both forwards, could finally remain at “San Siro”. On the contrary, 31 year old Michael Essien and 22 year old Riccardo Saponara, both midfielders, seem intended to leave, even if this latter –tracked by Parma (who owns his 50%), Torino, Sampdoria and Empoli- just on loan. The rossoneri are also intentioned to yield 29 year old forward Robinho, but, interviewed by calciomercato.com, Flamengo vice-president Wallim Vasconcellos has declared that his club doesn’t have many chances to obtain the former Manchester City player. The Lombard club would like to sign on permanent basis 24 year old attacking midfielder Andrea Poli, actually in co-ownership with Sampdoria, but the blucerchiati’s club Sports Director Carlo Osti has told Milannews.it that for the moment there have been no meetings with Milan.
As reported yesterday, 22 year old winger Tom Ince, whose contract with Italy is about to expire, has flown to Italy to meet Inter Milan executives: interviewed by Sky Sports UK, the English player has confirmed the nerazzurri’s interest but has declared that his experience in his homecountry could not be over.
