As reported yesterday, AC Milan are keen on Liverpool 20-year-old forward Jesús Fernández Sáez, aka Suso; as explained by gianlucadimarzio.com, the player has refused Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund's offers, as he wants to join the bianconeri and has decided together with his father that an experience in the Serie A should be the next step of his career: the other two clubs are ready to pay 3 million euros to The Reds to obtain the player during the next transfer window, while the Serie A defending champions would like to sign him as a free-agent at the end of the current season, but could take advantage of the player's will to move to Italy to bring him to "San Siro" in January for a reasonable transfer fee. Meanwhile, as reported yesterday, the rossoneri are thinking about extending the contract of 30-year-old midfielder Nigel De Jong: such option, as reported by the Corriere della Sera, has been confirmed by the Lombard club's Chief Executive Adriano Galliani. On the other hand, 28-year-old center back Adil Rami, who has been signed on permanent basis from Valencia, seems to have some difficulties in Filippo Inzaghi's squad. During the last transfer window, Inter Milan have kept most of their young talents, like 20-year-old midfielder Mateo Kovacic and 21-year-old forward Mauro Icardi: as reported by Tuttosport, the Argentina international could still leave if somebody would offer to the nerazzurri between 40 and 50 million euros.
