Despite last night’s win against Sampdoria, the balance of AC Milan for this first part of the season remains negative, so the rossoneri keep on working to reinforce their team for the future. One of the Lombard club’s priorities in signing a high-rated defender, and it seems to have joined Napoli in the hunt for Valencia 27 year old Adil Rami. As well known, the future of 23 year old striker Mario Balotelli remains uncertain : according to the Daily Mail, both Liverpool and Arsenal are ready to offer 18 million euros to Milan to obtain the Italy international, but his evaluation is at least twice such amount and it seems in any case difficult that the Lombard club will let him go before the end of the season.  Still regarding the offensive line, the rossoneri are seeking a high-skilled player, and the right name could be the one of Paris Saint-Germain 24 year old Javier Pastore. The Argentina internotianal, who in the past has declared to L’Equipe that one day he would like to join Milan, seems to have been excluded from the French team’s projects, even if the coach Laurent Blanc has recently assured that there is not a "Pastore-case" .

Also city rivals Inter Milan seem particularly active on the transfer market: as reported yesterday by AS, the nerazzurri are ready to swoop again on Barcelona 22 year old defender Marc Bartra, while Cagliari president Massimo Cellino has revealed to Sky that the Lombard club is interested in 23 year old forward Victor Ibarbo.
