AC Milan: plan for Lodi. Juventus: Vidal pens new deal

As reported yesterday, despite the decision of Adriano Galliani to remain at AC Milan, the problems between the club’s Chief Executive and Barbara Berlusconi are not over yet: as reported this morning by the Corriere dello Sport, for example, the rossoneri’s number two would like to sign Fiorentina Sports Director Daniele Pradè, while the daughter of the club’s owner is thinking about other options, like Sean Sogliano, actually at Hellas Verona. In any case, Milan keep on trying to reinforce their team, especially regarding the midfield: one of their main targets for such position remains 29 year old Francesco Lodi, actually in co-ownership between Genoa and Catania: as highlighted by calciomercato.com, the Lombard club could buy the rossoblu’s 50% and yield them 18 year old forward Mbaye Niang. The negotiation could be eased by the fact that Lodi’s agent is the same of 28 year old Antonio Nocerino, who is intentioned to leave “San Siro” and could be yielded to Torino. Another option for the rossoneri –as reported by Il Giorno- is Verona 21 year old Jorge Luiz Frello, aka Jorginho.

The Brazilian-born Italian player is also tracked by Juventus, who are seeking a backup for their playmaker Andrea Pirlo, who has suffered a knee-injury. Still regarding the bianconeri’s midfield, 26 year old Arturo Vidal has extended today his deal with the Serie A defending champions until June 2017.
