AC Milan: sprint for Drogba; tempted by Sneijder. Juventus: Peluso is yours!

As reported in the last days, AC Milan are trying to sell 23 year old Alexandre Pato and 28 year old Robinho, plus some other players who are not having many chances to play as 28 year old midfielder Mathieu Flamini and same aged left back Djamel Mesbah, and sign at least two high-level players. At the moment Pato seems to have more chances than his compatriot to leave the rossoneri: the Lombard club’s president and major shareholder Silvio Berlusconi has declared to Radio Lombardia  that only one between the two Brazilian forwards will be sold, while Gilmar Veloz, agent of the former Internacional de Porto Alegre player, has told that his client has chosen Corinthians and that Milan Chief Executive Adriano Galliani has understood their decision. The rossoneri will then try to sign immediately a center forward, and even if Mino Raiola, agent of Manchester City 22 year old Mario Balotelli, has told La Gazzetta dello Sport that in this moment it will be easier than before to obtain his client, according to the same media, the Lombard club has overtaken Juventus in the hunt for Shanghai Shenhua 34 year old Didier Drogba; in any case, still “La Gazzetta” substains that Raiola himself will fly to Brazil to follow the negotiations for Robinho: as previously reported, the Brazil international could be replaced by Palermo attacking midfielder Josip Ilicic, but the 24 year old has confirmed to Tuttosport that he will remain in Sicily; a surprising option for the rossoneri, again according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, could be 28 year old Wesley Sneijder, who has expressed his will to leave Inter Milan.

The first signing of Serie A defending champions Juventus in the next transfer window, will be, as sublined by Tuttosport, 28 year old defender Federico Peluso, who, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, will leave Atalanta beyond a paiement of 5 million euros, even if Napoli have made a bigger offer to the nerazzurri. The Piedmontese club’s executive will now concentrate on signing a new striker, and, according to the same media, with Drogba –as previously reported- always closer to Milan, and Athletic Bilbao 27 year old Fernando Llorente who has a very few chances to join the bianconeri before the end of the season, Juve keeps on working on lower-profile players, as Genoa 30 year old Marco Borriello, and are also thinking about bringing back to Turin some of their youngsters actually out on loan, like 21 year old Manolo Gabbiadini and 19 year old Richmond Bpakye. And for the future, in addition to Barcelona 24 year old Alexis Sanchez, the Piedmontese club has not lost its hope to obtain Fiorentina 23 year old Stevan Jovetic.
