AC Milan to consider Liverpool target De Sciglio sale if Bacca stays

AC Milan have put all transfer negotiations on hold as the rossoneri are finalizing the club’s sale to a Chinese consortium.

The only way the club can sign new players is selling some of their big names. AC Milan have accepted West Ham’s € 30 million bid for Carlos Bacca but the Colombian striker has yet to agree terms with the East London club as he wants to play Champions League football next season.

If Bacca is not going to accept West Ham’s switch, AC Milan could decide to put Mattia De Sciglio up for sale, today’s edition of Tuttosport reports. After his convincing performances with Italy national team at EURO 2016, however, AC Milan evaluate De Sciglio between € 20 and € 30 million, just as much as Carlos Bacca.

Napoli and AS Roma are tracking the 23-year-old, though both Serie A clubs could struggle to match the player’s price-tag which is more affordable for Liverpool and Bayern Munich. The Reds are believed to be on top of the queue for the product of AC Milan academy.
