Real Madrid: if they overturn their transfer embargo, they will take Isak

As we recently reported on Calciomercato.com, Swedish striking sensation Alexander Isak and his family visited Real Madrid’s training centre at Valdebebas. The 17-year-old is one of Europe’s most in-demand players and with a contract at current club AIK Solna due to expire in 2018, his future looks certain to be at one of the big heavyweight clubs.

Spanish sports journal Marca claims today that Los Blancos will not have everything their own way with Juventus, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, PSG and West Ham United all chasing his signature. Real Madrid are currently handicapped by the transfer embargo placed upon them by FIFA and should they fail to get the decision overturned, they will banned from doing any business until January 2018.

Insiders at the Santiago Bernabeu are confident they can the decision overturned and if they do, the plan is to bring Isak to the Spanish capital and place him in the club’s “B” team before promoting him to the first-team.
