All the latest updates on AC Milan’s sale
Carlo Festa, one of the most influential Italian economic journalists, has released the latest updates on the club’s sale with a post on his personal Sole 24 Ore blog.
“Sal Galatiolo and a very popular International law firm are representing a group of Chinese investors (not more than three) coming from different business areas.”
“They are already in talks with Fininvest to acquire the 70% stake of the club, but according to our sources neither Wanda Group nor China’s sixth richest man Robin Li are part of the group interested in acquiring a majority stake of the club.”
“There are multiple scenarios, but AC Milan’s sale is still far from being a done deal.”
As we previously reported, the club’s o owner Silvio Berlusconi is still not convinced by the China’s group offer as he considers the club’s market value is in the region of € 1 billion, while, according to the new group of Chinese investors’, AC Milan’s worth is around € 600-700 million.
