As reported by ansa.it, Carlo Ancelotti is expected to make an appearance in Jerusalem, to train the children of the historical city. On 2 October the former Bayern Munich coach will hold a special training session between the old city walls. Monday afternoon on the playground there will be children from the city populated by Muslims, Christians and Jews. And the new field will of the Jerusalem sports playground, made by the Assist for Peace project in the Armenian quarter, thanks to the help of the local Patriarchate.

The structure, inaugurated in September 2016, saw the support of several international champions, and from the very first moment Ancelotti joined among others, Novak Djokovic, Sebastian Vettel, Kimi Raikkonen, Vincenzo Nibali, Giovanni Soldini, Javier Zanetti, Gianluigi Buffon, Federica Pellegrini, Yakhouba Diawara, Roberto Donadoni, Danilo Gallinari, Valentino Rossi, Muhammad Ali, Luca Toni, Simone Pianigiani and other personalities such as Antonello Venditti, Guido Barilla and Ennio Morricone.
