    Arsenal, problems for Vardy, the alternative is Cavani

    Jamie Vardy to Arsenal was supposed to be a done deal, but the English striker is rumoured to have turned down a medical with the Gunners who are now in danger of missing out on their second summer target (they’ve already announced the signing of Xhaka).

    According to the Sunday Express, Cavani is the number one alternative to Vardy, though the PSG star is not for sale and Arsenal would need a huge offer to persuale owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
