Arsenal star ready for summer exit as Man City prepare opening bid

Arsenal are preparing for life after Alexis Sanchez. The Chile International has one year left in his contract with the Gunners and although Wenger has already offered him a contract extension, The Mirror claims Sanchez is keen to reunite with his former boss Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.

The Spaniard is a long time admirer of the Chile International so much so he signed Sanchez from Udinese back in 2012.

Arsenal are desperate to persuade Sanchez to extend his stay at the club but a final decision seems to have been already taken: the Chilean wants to reunite with Guardiola.

Sanchez was also linked with summer moves to Inter and Juventus but the Serie A duo can’t afford to pay as much as Man City will offer for him.

According to the British tabloid, Manchester City are going to make an opening € 56 million bid to sign the former Udinese star who could earn € 341.000-a-week if he decides to move to the Etihad Stadium.
