    Arsenal target Lorenzo Insigne set for Napoli extension

    Napoli winger Lorenzo Insigne is ready to put pen to paper a new contract with Napoli running until 2019, Italian paper Tuttosport reveals.

    Insigne’s new deal will also include a ‘substantial’ pay rise.

    Insigne, 24, has been the first European player this season to reach double figures for both goals and assists.  

    He has scored 12 goals and registered 11 assists in 32 games in all competitions this term.
