AS Roma chairman: 'A new coach? I'm working on it'

As reported last night, AS Roma president James Pallotta is henceforth intentioned to fire his first team’s head coach Rudi Garcia. The main option for the giallorossi’s bench seems to be the former Zenit St. Petersburg boss Luciano Spalletti but also the former Paris Saint-Germain Sporting Director Leonardo could join; in any case, these would be just temporary solutions, as the American tycoon wants to hire Italy’s manager Antonio Conte at the end of the season.

Regarding such situation, Pallotta himself told La Repubblica: “Change the coach to change the team’s mentality? I’m about to solve the problem. New signings, new executives or new boss? I’m taking care o it”. Then, he told Il Tempo “The meeting in Miami had been previously scheduled, we will talk about the whole Roma business”
