Benevento will be in next year's Serie A for the first time in their history
Benevento will now be joining the Italian Serie A for the first time in their history. They were playing against Carpi today as they will now be joining Spal and Verona as the 3 new teams who will be joining the top flight division. Benevento drew Carpi in the first leg (0-0 score line) as they beat Carpi tonight by a 1-0 score line thanks to a goal by Puscas. This is a historic win for them as they deserve a lot of credit.
