Sebastian Giovinco doesn't look close to returning to Italy or Europe, if team-mate and captain Michael Bradley is to be believed.

The former Romanista revealed that the Atomic Ant is enjoying life in the MLS, and in Toronto in particular.

“I speak with Giovinco often, in Italian," Bradley told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I miss Italy more than he does!"

"He doesn’t want to go back to Italy at all, he is on good terms with everyone, he’s a protagonist and a fan idol.

"The club is well-organized and doesn’t make him want for nothing, and the quality of life in Toronto is very high.
It’s difficult to find something wrong with the situation."

Bradley himself explained why he chose to move to Toronto back in the winter of 2013-2014, for reasons that were not immediately apparent. Of course, when we found out that his salary at TFC was very high indeed ($6.5 million a year), we thought we'd found the answer.

"I’m happy here, I don’t want to leave.

"Then again, life is made up of many stages: when I left Roma in January 2014, I had to a World Cup to think about, and coach Rudi Garcia was playing others ahead of me.

"Toronto offered me an ambitious project, and asked me to become the team’s leader. I’ve improved as a player and a man in these two years, but a new adventure I Europe tempts me."

Giovinco was recently named the MLS's Newcomer of the Year, leading TFC to the playoffs and scoring 22 goals in the process.
