Breaking: Lacazette completes his Arsenal medical

Alexandre Lacazette is now ready to become an Arsenal player. We had earlier reported that Lacazette was set to undergo his medicals. As Sky Sports reported, these medicals are now over as he passed the physical tests.

The French striker will now put pen to paper on a 5 year contract as Arsenal will be dishing out a record 50+ million sterling pounds for him. Let's not forget that Lacazette was close to joining Atletico Madrid but in the end, their Fifa transfer ban ruined his (and their) plans.

Lacazette had yet another solid season in the Ligue 1 as he scored 37 goals and added 4 assits in 45 appearances for the club in 2016-17. With Sanchez and Ozil's future still in heavy doubt, Wenger will now soon be able to count on a new top end offensive talent...

Arsenal are coming off a disappointing season as they failed to qualify for next year's UEFA Champions league.
