Juventus coach, Gigi Del Neri, expressed his disappointment for not seeing Gigi Buffon very often during the player's recovery after a back operation. For the traditional picture of the whole team, Juventus had to use a body double.

Buffon's agent, Silvano Martina, replied Del Neri: "Gigi is one of the best people in the world of football. He's recovering from a serious injury and he's working 5-6 hours a day. Everything is going well and he's following Juventus from home. Given that he leaves in Turin, they could have also gone to visit him...".

Perhaps something is going wrong in their relationship. Buffon is not feeling important anymore. Juventus are restructuring the club and it may be a good idea to transfer a player who earns 12 million euro gross per year.

And again, there are rumours that Manchester City still want Buffon.
