    Buffon wants Bernardeschi at Juve

Federico Bernardeschi sees bianconero. A phrase that will not please supporters of Fiorentina for sure who, despite last night’s defeat to Juventus, would have admired the skills of their young play-maker.

The embrace with Buffon (who hails from Carrara, the same city as Bernardeschi) at the end of the game was one not only for two people from the same town, but perhaps for a future teammate in Turin. Having been the hero for the bianconeri, the legendary goalkeeper declared that it was; “A fantastic match, an electrifying spectacle for fans of football between two teams that never surrendered. The real love of sport is a hug showing mutual respect at the end of the game”.

    A FUTURE IN BIANCONERO?
The former Crotone player, nurtured in the youth ranks at Fiorentina had a superb game, setting up what was thought to be the opening goal only for it to be ruled out by the officials. Bernardeschi was the most dangerous Fiorentina player throughout the contest and although his contract doesn’t expire until 2019, Juventus look set to try to lure him to Turin.

    BUFFON THE EXAMPLE
At the end of the game, the two men from Carrara embraced, Bernardeschi stated afterwards that; “Gigi is for me, an example both as a player and a man. I have a great relationship with him and I’m honoured”. Is that the words of a future colleague at club level? Knowing Juve’s reputation, it’s not to be excluded.
