Chelsea and Arsenal keen on purchasing Robert Lewandowski

Chelsea and Arsenal are the latest clubs interested in buying forward Robert Lewandowski, as he looks for a way out of Bayern Munich, according to the Metro.
The Poland international scored 43 goals in 47 games in all competitions last season, but, strangely, is unhappy at his current club following a bust-up with his fellow teammates, after they supposedly let him down in earning the Bundesliga top-scorer award last campaign.

The prolific 28-year-old was on Real Madrid’s hit-list, with the player eagerly anticipating the movements of Cristiano Ronaldo after he struck out with a shock request to leave the La Liga giants, following allegations of tax evasion.
That has all died down now and so Lewandowski is left without his first choice exit route.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has already stamped his intention on the transfer market, with failed bids for Thomas Lemar and Alexadre Lacazette. And, it could be said, that the money offered in his failed French raid in a similar bracket to obtaining the Bayern striker.

Chelsea, too, are monitoring the situation, with manager Antonio Conte looking to claim a second consecutive Premier League title with the Blues.
