Chelsea boss Conte drops big hint on Inter star
The fiery Blues boss managed the winger during his spell at the helm of the Italian national team, and now it is thought that he has enquired about his availability.
Also interested are Tottenham Hotspurs, but it would appear that Conte and Chelsea would have the edge on them, owing to Conte’s previous relationship with Candreva.
When asked about the player, Conte said, “ “It’s not correct to speak about the player of the other team.
“I know that this period is in the period of the transfer market.
“Candreva is Inter’s player and I have great respect for him, for his team and also for my players.”
The player has three years still remaining on his contract with the Milan club, after he moved from Serie A rivals Lazio last year.
