Chelsea handed transfer blow as Inter and Roma agree transfer fee for star defender

Chelsea are facing a huge transfer blow as Inter are set to steal one of their top summer targets from under their noses. The Blues are long time admirers of Roma star Antonio Rudiger but according to a report of Il Corriere dello Sport (via Fox Sport), Inter and Roma have agreed a transfer fee for the transfer of the German defender.

New Inter boss Luciano Spalletti is a long time admirer of the Germany International and according to the Italian paper the nerazzurri are going to complete the signing of the former Stuttgart man for a fee between € 25 and € 35 million.

Inter have already reached an agreement with the player’s entourage and the transfer of the Germany International to the San Siro could be imminent. Roma, however, have reportedly informed representatives of Inter that they won’t make any official offer for Radja Nainggolan who is known to be another top target of both Inter and Chelsea.
