According to reports, Fiorentina director Pantaleo Corvino could leave the Artemio Franchi at the end of this season and join Sampdoria.

Corvino’s contract is set to expire in June and the former Lecce director is looking for a new challenge. So far in his career, Corvino has bagged several important deals including the signings of Mirko Vucinic and Stevan Jovetic.

Given his troubled relationship with Andrea and Diego Della Valle as well as the limited budget available in Florence, Corvino may decide to leave the Viola and join another prestigious Italian club in need of his expertise.
