Davide Santon close to Premier League return
Santon, 25, completed a move to Inter from Newcastle in January 2015, but has failed to live up to promises during his 18-month-spell at the club.
The Italian defender will leave Inter’s pre-season training camp in Riscone di Brunico soon in order to flight to England and complete medicals with Sunderland ahead of signing a new contract with The Black Cats.
