Memphis Depay’s time at Manchester United will not be fondly remembered by most of the Old Trafford faithful and it seems as though the same could be said for the player himself. Having joined the Red Devils in 2015 from PSV Eindhoven, the 23-year-old’s career never hit the high spots at the Theatre of Dreams which led to United off-loading him to Lyon in January.
 

Speaking to TuttoMercatoWeb, Depay explained that he was content at his new club, stating that; “I'm very focused on Lyon, and I'm very happy about the choice. I do not think so much of what to do for this team."
 

United do have a buy-back clause contained in the players agreement with Lyon but whae Depay was asked if he thought he would be back at Old Trafford one day he replied; “No, if I'm honest it's not in my thoughts”.
