Emre Can: Liverpool star reportedly gives green light to Juventus move
The bianconeri had also set their sights on Chelsea’s Nemanja Matic but reports in England claim the Serbian is close to joining Man Utd for a fee exceeding € 50 million.
Matic will see his contract expire in June 2018 and, at the moment, he has yet to agree terms on a new deal with the Reds.
According to Premium Sport (via Tuttomercatoweb), Can has given his green light to move to Juventus and has rejected the chance to sign a contract extension with the Reds.
Sky Italia claim Liverpool would rather prefer to lose Can as a free agent next summer than sell him during the current transfer window but Juventus are reportedly preparing a € 30 million bid which the Serie A giants hope will be enough to convince Liverpool to sell the Germany International.
