Exclusive: Exciting Italian winger still on Juventus’ agenda for the summer

Juventus are still interested in signing Sassuolo star Domenico Berardi, probably Italy’s best prospect alongside AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.

Berardi is said to have rejected a move to Juventus last summer as he feared not to be given enough game time. The 22-year-old winger opted to stay at Sassuolo to continue his development in Serie A. Inter have emerged as serious contenders of Juventus for the exciting Italian winger and will make an attempt to sign him next summer.

Calciomercato.com has exclusively learned that Berardi is still a transfer target of Juventus for the next summer transfer window, but the Old Lady wants to have information about the winger’s health given that Berardi has remained out of action for over two months with a knee injury and is set to return from his injury in January.
At this stage bianconeri and nerazzurri are the major contenders for the signing of Berardi in the summer.
