EXCLUSIVE: Inter rival Dortmund, Wolfsburg for Meunier
As calciomercato.com exclusively understands from London’s WyScout Forum, Inter are the closest Serie A club to sign the Club Bruges star.
Scouts from the Nerazzurri side follow Meunier every week, reporting directly to the club’s Sporting Director Piero Ausilio. A few weeks ago, the player himself admitted that he was aware of Inter’s interest.
Sources from the Belgian club who also joined the WyScout Forum revealed that Inter eager to sign the winger as soon as possible. Trouble is, Inter have to sell the likes of Danilo D’Ambrosio, Andrea Ranocchia, Yuto Nagatomo, Davide Santon and Martin Montoya, prior to signing the talented Belgium International.
Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund and Wolfsburg are also reported to be interested in the player’s services and they could get the better of the Nerazzurri in the race for Meunier due to their stronger financial power.
