EXCLUSIVE: Inter step up interest in promising Spanish striker

Kuki Zalazar is one of the most promising prospects of European football, a name that Piero Ausilio has written in capital letters on his agenda.

Inter’s talent scouts noticed him during the Mediterranean International Cup in Palmos, Catalonia, a tournament that followed the last U-17 EURO that had been played in Bulgaria and was won by France.

Inter scouts are constantly monitoring Zalazar’s progresses with his current club Malaga and with Spain U-19 squad.

He can play both as striker or offensive midfielder and he’s the son of another great forward: José Luiz Zalazar, a famous Spanish striker who played for Albacete between the 80s and the 90s and who was popular especially for his very powerful shot.

Kuki’s contract with Malaga runs until 2017 and with Barcelona and Man City who have also pounced on the player, it seems very difficult that he’ll remain at the La Rosaleda after that date.
