    EXCLUSIVE: Inter to make opening bid for Gabigol, all the details

    Inter are leading the race to sign Gabigol, calciomercato.com has exclusively learned. Spanish and Brazilian media are reporting that the Brazilian striker will become a new player of Inter soon, though the nerazzurri have yet to formalize an opening offer for the Brazilian hit-man, the player’s agent has exclusively told calciomercato.com.

    However, our pundit Pasquale Guarro has exclusively learned that Inter director of sport Piero Ausilio will travel to Brazil to meet Santos and formalize the club’s opening bid.

    Inter chiefs are optimistic that an offer around €  25 million would be enough for all the parties involved in the deal as the player’s economic rights are shared between the club, the player’s agent and Doyen Group.
    According to Uol and Lancenet, Ausilio met the player’s agent Wagner Ribeiro yesterday offering the player a salary of € 3 million a year.

    Juventus have offered € 18 million to Santos and € 2.5 million a year to Gabriel Barbosa which mean the nerazzurri have now jumped to top of the queue for the 19-year-old striker.
