EXCLUSIVE: Meeting ongoing between Berlusconi and Galliani, details

AC Milan will arrive in the USA in four days time and the club would like to gift Montella with a new arrival before the friendly tournament scheduled in the US begins.

CM.com transfer pundit Federico Albrizio can exclusively report that Berlusconi and Galliani are having a meeting to define the transfer strategies for the next few weeks, which mean before the Chinese consortium completes the club’s takeover.

Galliani was in Spain yesterday where he negotiated the transfer of Mateo Musacchio. AC Milan have a verbal agreement with the player and are willing to offer up to € 25 million for the Argentinean centre back, though Villareal’s asking price is € 30 million.

Jose Sosa is also a target even if the former Bayern Munich man has just extended his stay at Besiktas signing a new contract.

Piotr Zielinski tops AC Milan’s wishlist for midfield reinforcement. The Serie A giants have agreement with both Udinese and the Poland International but can’t close the deal without fresh money to spend.

The sale of Carlos Bacca could boost the club’s chances of signing new players before the end of the month, but the former Sevilla man doesn’t want to join West Ham as he’s looking to play Champions League football next season.

Once the Chinese consortium completes the club’s takeover, AC Milan will have at least € 100 million to invest on the transfer market straight away, but this is not going to happen before the beginning of August.
If Bacca doesn’t move to West Ham, AC Milan are not going to sign new players for the month of July.
