Filippo Inzaghi trolls Gonzalo Higuain
“If he was paid € 90 million how much should Bob Vieri and I been paid?” Inzaghi said during the interview. The former AC Milan striker moved to the San Siro from Juventus in 2001 for € 70 billion of Italian Lira, whilst Vieri was paid € 90 billion of Italia Lira in 1999 when he moved from Lazio to Inter.
Inzaghi has also shared his thoughts on the best Italian prospects out there.
“I’d advice Berardi not to reject a move to Juventus, while I reckon Andrea Belotti is ready for a top club.”
Inzaghi is currently working as Venezia head coach in Lega Pro, Italy’s third division. The former Italy striker was in charge of AC Milan in the 2014-15 campaign, but failed to gain confirmation as the rossoneri head coach, missing out on a European qualification.
