Fiorentina interested in Ajax defender Veltman
It looks like, whilst everyone else is focussing on Euro 2016, Corvino is going after a player whose side wasn't even able to qualify. Joel Veltman's Holland were knocked out at the group stages by the Czech Republic, Iceland and Turkey, but this doesn't make the 24-year-old Ajax defender any less interesting.
There's only one problem: Veltman costs €8 million, a sum Corvinho considers to be too high.
Veltman has made 91 appearances with the Lancers in Eredivisie action.
