Former Barcelona boss linked with Chelsea move to replace Conte

Antonio Conte's future has been a very hot topic of late as the coach had an amazing first season with the Blues. According to the Telegraph, Chelsea don't have any intentions of letting Conte go even if the Italian manager has expressed a lot of anger recently. Ex-Barcelona coach Luis Enrique would be a candidate to replace Conte if he does leave the club but this is a long shot as of now.

Roman Abramovich's goal is to make Conte sign a lucrative contract which would see him become one of the highest paid coaches in the world. What happens if he rejects such an offer? Well Chelsea won't be out of option....

Ex-Barcelona coach Luis Enrique did say that he wanted to take a break but it seems like he would now be ready to make a return. He has a lot of experience as he won a UCL Champions league title two years ago with Barcelona.

Conte's anger is mostly because of Chelsea's lack of signings but this will certainly change soon as they are inching closer to Romelu Lukaku and Monaco's Bakayoko. Things change quick but it still seems very likely for Conte to renew his deal with the club. If not, they will be well prepared....
