Former Man United, Chelsea striker offered €20m a year by Chinese club

It appears that former Manchester United and Chelsea flop Radamel Falcao has also been offered a stunning sum by a Chinese Premier League club.

Le10Sport exclusively report that Falcao was offered €20m a year by Tianjin Quanjian, the club run by former Juventus stalwart Fabio Cannavaro.

The offer was so big that it forced the AS Monaco striker to reflect.

This salary offer was part of a €50m bid for Radamel Falcao, which Monaco have turned down.

The former Atletico Madrid hitman has scored 12 goals in 10 Ligue 1 games so far this season, though the whole team has been playing so well that he’s hardly accorded star status.

This is the first we’ve heard for a move for the 30-year-old, who was linked with Middlesbrough this summer.

Falcao managed only five Premier League goals for both Manchester United and Chelsea in 36 appearances, having banged in 75 league goals for Atletico Madrid and Monaco in just 102 games.
