According to reports in Fotomaç, former Arsenal and Manchester United striker Robin van Persie is close to joining the lucrative Chinese Super-League at Hebei Fortune. The journal claims that his current employer, Fenerbahçe, are currently in negotiations with the club from the Far-East who have already added Ezequiel Lavezzi and Gervinho to their playing roster. An offer of €12.5 million has reportedly been tabled and should the deal go ahead, its believed the Turkish giants will use the money to try to take Hatem Ben Arfa from Paris Saint-Germain.
