The agent of Napoli captain Marek Hamsik has been talking to Radio Crc on his client’s renewal. Juraj Venglos explained that; “I spoke with the player during Euro 2016 to notify him of other teams that were interested in him but he explained that he wanted to speak to President De Laurentiis first. Marek is content to sign a new five-year deal and return to the Champions League. It’s impossible to say whether Napoli will be his last squad”.
 

He added that; “What is certain is that he will spend the next few years and he is happy for this. It took several meetings to close out the deal but there was a mutual desire to continue their 10-year relationship”.
