Ibra: ‘AC Milan the best club I’ve ever played for’

It will be ‘very difficult’, but Milan fans hope to see Zlatan Ibrahimovic wearing the Rossoneri shirt again next year as the Sweden International runs out of contract with PSG this summer.

Jennifer Wegerup,  journalist at Aftonbladet, a Swedish paper that is very closet o the player’s entourage spoke to Milanews revealing some spicy details about the Swedish star’s future.

“Zlatan told me Milan is the best club he has ever played for and that there is no other club like it. When he left, he didn’t want to go.”

“He was feeling at home there, because Milan have tradition, they are true professionals, he was feeling at ease at the club.”

He felt betrayed when they sold him to PSG, though he’ll love Milan forever. But he’s a pro, not a fan. Decisions on his future will be only based on the development of his career, not on his feelings.”

“It’ll be difficult to see him playing for Milan again. He told me he has other objectives in his career. He want to do something new and not coming back to the past, but it will depend on which offer Zlatan is going to receive next summer.”

“He’s 35, but I hope and I believe he’ll remain in Europe. If he’d move to the MLS his career would end there.”

“Ibra told me he has yet to receive serious offers, but I think lot of clubs are going to knock his door next summer.”
