Inter coach Spalletti talks about United target Perisic
" I want to thank everyone who came here today. I first want to give my compliments to Stefano Vecchi as our youth squad won an important trophy. They really gave it their all and it took a lot of quality to win the games they did".
Inter? " They have a great history. I am sure we will live great experiences together. I want to enjoy my time here and I know that a great team like Inter need to get solid results".
Style of play? " I was thinking of using the 4-2-3-1 but let's see. We have to work hard in training and then apply what we worked on in real games ".
Perisic? " It has been a few years now that Inter haven't won. Or we change the way we do things or we keep on losing. I don't want to talk about individual players, I know Icardi is a great striker and I know that Perisic as an important player too. Let's see what happens".
Inter results? " It is a scandal that a club like Inter aren't participating in European football. We will have to do better soon.I am not a magician and I am not better than other coaches that were here before me but I am different. We now have to work the way I want us to work".
Capello? " He is a great person and a great coach. I talked to him a lot when I was coaching in Russia, he is a legend of the game. I know he is now part of the Suning family and I am sure he will prove his worth".
Roma players ? " I don't want to talk about potential Roma targets. I had many great players in Rome like Dzeko, Salah, De Rossi, Nainggolan, Strootman, Manolas, Rudiger and others. Let's see".
