Inter, Erkin already on sale
The Turkey International arrived at the San Siro at the beginning of the transfer campaign as a free agent, but new Inter boss Franck De Boer sees no future for the former Fenerbache man in the squad and the player’s agent has also confirmed that Erkin could leave Inter in the current transfer window.
“Caner wants Inter stay, but the manager has the last word. The player is under contract with Inter and questions over his future should be asked to the De Boer", he told FCInternews.it
Meantime, Alfredo Pedullà reports that some German and Spanish clubs are interested in signing the 27-year-old left-back whose € 2.2 million a year deal runs until 2019.
Like any other Serie A side, Inter have two slots for non EU players available for this season and they have already used one for Erkin. Even if they sell the player in the current transfer window, they would still have just one slot available for the rest of the season.
That’s not what we call a proper planning.
