Inter: Guarin to renew. AC Milan: Honda could leave

As reported yesterday, Inter Milan 29-year-old midfielder Fredy Guarin is going through a great moment: considered for sale during the last transfer window, the Colombia international –also thanks to the nerazzurri’s coach Roberto Mancini- has finally remained at “San Siro” and is having some great performances and has scored an important goal against city rivals AC Milan: interviewed by calciomercato.com, Marcelo Ferreyra, agent of the former FC Porto player, has been quite elusive about the transfer rumors edited during the Summer, but has confirmed that his client is in great terms with Mancini and that he has remained also thanks to the former Manchester City and Galatasaray manager; moreover, Ferreyra has revealed that Guarin could extend his contract with the Lombardian club, currently expiring in June 2017. Opposite situation –still regarding the midfield- for 22-year-old Geoffrey Kondogbia: arrived last Summer from Monaco and considered one of the biggest strikes on the transfer market, the France international –as outlined by the same media- has not yet got used to his new ambiance. Finally, Federico Pastorello, agent of 23-year-old Giannelli Imbula –who has moved from Marseille to FC Porto after being a target for the nerazzurri themselves- , has declared that his client has not joined the Lombardian club because this latter has finally spent too much for Kondogbia.
Important news regarding city rivals AC Milan: as revealed by calciomercato.com’s expert Fabrizio Romano, 23-year-old full back Mattia De Sciglio could extend his deal with the rossoneri, while, on the contrary, no renewal is expected for 29-year-old attacking midfielder Keisuke Honda, and, if he won’t improve his performances, the Japan international could leave “San Siro” in the next months.
