Still regarding the possible departures, Chelsea, according to Tuttosport, are keen on 30 year old right back Maicon, while 33 year old forward Diego Forlan, according to El Pais, is about to join Internacional de Porto Alegre. The heir of Maicon could be Eintracht Frankfurt 22 year old Sebastian Jung, but not for the present, Inter, in fact, could sign the player in this transfer window but leave him on loan at the German club for another season.

The priority for AC Milan remains the signing of a midfielder: according to Tuttosport, the main alternative to Real Madrid 27 year old Lassana Diarra is Genoa 26 year old Miguel Veloso.
