Inter ‘still open’ to sell €50m Man Utd target

Although Inter have solved their financial issues, meeting the terms of Financial Fair Play sanctions, the latest report of Sky Sport claims the nerazzurri are still open to sell Manchester United target Ivan Perisic.

The Red Devils are long time admirers of the Croatian winger and saw their opening € 40 million bid rejected by the Serie A giants last month.

José Mourinho hopes he could sign Perisic on the cheap given Inter’s financial struggles, but Inter managed to rack up € 30 million by selling some of their young players, making Perisic’s sale not mandatory anymore.

According to the Italian broadcasters, Inter are still willing to listen to offers for Perisic although they aim to sell the former Wolfsburg for € 50 million. If Manchester United fail to raise their offer, Perisic won’t be leaving the San Siro in the summer.

Inter are interested in signing Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian and the Red Devils could include the Italian in a potential new Perisic bid, according to the report.
