As Calciomercato.com understand, Inter could sign Napoli’s Manolo Gabbiadini in the nest transfer window. The former Sampdoria has struggled to adapt to life at the Stadio san Paolo after Maurizio Sarri’s arrival on the Partenopei’s bench.

Following Lorenzo Insigne and Gonzalo Higuain bright delivers,  Gabbiadini could only rack up 154 minutes this term. The 23 year old joined Napoli from Sampdoria last January, following a € 12.5 million deal.

Gabbiadini, a product of Atalanta’s academy, featured as one of the best players during the Rafa Benitez reign at San Paolo as he scored 8 goals in 22 Serie A appearances. Considering also the games that he played with Sampdoria, Gabbiadini netted 20 goals in 45 games last term.

After only one year from his arrival, Napoli’s president Aurelio De Laurentiis would not enjoy a capital loss from a possible departure of his striker. On the other hand it is very unlikely that Inter will cover the whole amount of € 12.5 million that the film producer spent for the former Italy International’s services.

That’s why the San Siro side could make an offer in the region of € 7-8 million plus Andrea Ranocchia. Former Inter captain is not playing on a regular basis under Roberto Mancini and he doesn’t want to miss the Italy’s EURO 2016 campaign.

It is difficult to know if Gabbiadini would change his substitute-status at  Inter. On Mancini’s plan, the Italian should be the replacement of Adem Ljajic. The Serbian star has struggled to play consistently since he joined the Nerazzurri as he only featured for 58 minutes thus far.

The former Roma winger is not happy to and could join a Premier League club in January.
