Inter, the clean sheets kings of Europe
The last two games against Napoli and Genoa confirmed that Inter can be considered credible Serie A pretenders because of their defensive solidity.
The partnership between Joao Miranda and Jason Murillo secured Inter’s back-line, while Felipe Melo and Geoffrey Kondogbia’s were useful to protect the Nerazzurri’s defense although both the Brazil and the France International received some criticisms for their lack of quality in the middle of the pitch.
Inter are the only side in Europe that kept at least ten clean sheets alongside Ligue 1 leaders PSG. Not even Barcelona and Bayern Munich have recorded such a similar rate.
