Inter to talk to €55m Man United target, rival Chelsea for Belgian superstar

Inter to talk to €55m Man United target, rival Chelsea for Belgian superstar

Inter are set to sit down with Ivan Perisic in the coming days.

Nearing a €55 million move to Manchester United, the Croatian is liked by new Coach Luciano Spalletti, who did say he would speak to the 'distracted' players, and that he wanted them to be committed.

Inter's manager wants “to understand his intentions… it wouldn’t be nice to hear ‘I want to leave".

He is set to meet with Perisic alongside new technical co-ordinator Walter Sabatini and sporting director Piero Ausilio, and they will discuss the better wages offered by the Red Devils.

Their manager, Jose Mourinho, really wants to recruit the Croatian, so the situation should be cleared by Saturday.

Inter’s bigger ambition is Radja Nainggolan, who is also liked by Chelsea and Manchester United.

So far, the Nerazzurri have yet to make an offer, but know that they can try to tempt the 29-year-old with better wages, as well as Luciano Spalletti’s presence, the Tuscan having previously worked with the Roma man.

Inter will also try to tempt Nainggolan with their ambitious plans, a contrast to Roma’s tendency to shed big wages of late.
