    Inter update: Pioli set to bench Banega again ahead of Fiorentina game

    Could Ever Banega find himself being benched by Inter Milan?

    Inter face Fiorentina tonight in Serie A action, hoping to gift Coach Stefano Pioli the first win of his short stint as Nerazzurri manager.
     
    One of the most exciting signings of the summer, Banega, could just be surplus to requirements, despite being defended to the hilt by his manager.
     
    As far as we can gather, the Biscione looks set to roll into the San Siro with a midfield made up Marcelo Brozovic, Geoffrey Kondogbia and Joao Mario.
     
    This could be a concern to the player who was acquired to bring order to the midfield, and shine a light for an Inter side which has struggled in the attacking department last year.
     
    While being excluded for a game because of an excess of creative players is no thing to be ashamed of, this is the second time that Banega has missed out on a start, having been left of out of last week’s derby, too.
     
    Should the Argentine be worried?
